I am happy with my new tiles and great install. Overall price was better than others. Be aware if you have a 40 years old home you may have some roof wood that must be replaced. This added cost was under $700. I would recommend TWM Roofing to family and friends.
Tom and his team fully replaced our main house roof as well as the roof to our large storage shed about 9 years back. They added a new roof vent as well. They did an excellent job and left the site clean. 9 years later, the quality is still there and the roof still looks brand new. We hired TWM to lift our cement tile roof and replace the underlayment paper. Solid work. Solid communication. Not the cheapest nor most expensive. I would recommend them.
