Very kind, patient and attentive. They ask thorough questions to make sure your move runs smoothly. My fiance and I moved into our first home together and Two men and a Truck were so helpful. We felt bad that they had to wait around for over an hour because the leasing office to our condo wasn't open until noon. They were patient and understood that things happen. They are great!!! This is our 3rd move with Two Men and a Truck. We have always had good experiences with them. They stay in communication and check in with you a lot. They offer to help with boxing, moving things around, and put a couple items into our vehicles also. They ended up having a way to shrink wrap and carefully move some special boxes where the lids were loose and we able to move more than we thought without damage. Fast, Friendly, and Efficient — Highly Recommend! I used Two Guys and a Truck on Wednesday, October 29th, and I was truly impressed! Three movers came out, and they were fast, efficient, and very professional. Everyone worked together as a team, and it showed. They got everything done quickly and made sure I was informed throughout the whole process. My movie experience with two men in a truck is like night and day compared to the previous move I did. They were both courteous and professional and went out of their way to assist me. Some mobility issues and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Everyone in the crew was genial and professional. I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone and everyone.
We recently moved halfway across the country, from the Bay Area to North Dakota. There are some limited options on the services that route through North Dakota. We've used Two Men and a Truck in our old home state of Ohio and this same franchise when we initially moved into the Bay to unpack our PODS. They've always been great. Given the cost and logistics of arranging a move to North Dakota, it worked out to use the direct service from Two Men and a Truck to have them pack and travel with our stuff.
