At first I was a little concerned because we were disconnected from the first doctor we picked. Then we went back into the system and picked the next available doctor. Dr. Chen-Haynes was very professional and attentive and the video consult was very efficient, effective and convenient. The doctor was able to see my child and also order a prescription which we picked up at the drive-thru pharmacy an hour later. All was done without contact. We highly recommend this and will use it again in the future.
I would give her -5 if I could. DO NOT EVER bring your children to Dr. SALLY CHEN-HYNES, M.D. . We turned to her for help with my 12 year old son, who was very lethargic, excessively tired and constantly having a headache. She run a simple blood test (from his finger) and told us that he's perfectly ok and told him to drink more water. She totally ignored my demands to further tests and was pretty annoyed by my question her diagnosis. She never told us to comeback to see her if this "drinking of water" don't work. Dr. Sally Chen is absolutely heaven-sent! Dr. Chen has an ! Dr. Chen is the only pediatrician that I have ever truly trusted 100%. From her impressive educational background and her incredibly wonderful bedside manner - Dr. Chen is an absolute asset to Pediatric Associates!
For my experience the Boca Raton location is the best. Thank to the whole staff
