I think they are a rip off. I am 2 days late with my payment. I want to move my things out. But I have to pay $162. I get nothing back when I move it out tomorrow. Hello ******, I'm sorry you feel it's unfair, but the rental agreement states that a customer must vacate before their due date. If you are past the due date, the unit is overlocked and a payment must be made. We go over that when the rental is being done as well. That being said, the store did "not" charge you for the next month rent and allowed you to vacate.
Very horrible and poor management @ the one in ********,** nice storage though. Need better customer service.

******'s account is two months past due and his storage unit is up for auction in June. He is refusing to make a payment until all late/auction fees are removed. All the fees are listed at the beginning of his signed rental agreement. We incur additional costs to do an auction, so those fees will not be waived. The auction letter that is sent, states that cash, is the only form of payment accepted when a unit is in auction. ****** is refusing to pay cash. Do not use this company for any of your storage needs!!!!! They lie, give false information and steal your personal belongings!!!! Especially the one in ************, ******** ********************************** are in kahoots with a moving company who stole my parents furniture and now I'm trying to get it back.
