Christy was our lifesaver! The customer service here is impeccable! We ended up renting a 24/7 accessible unit for a vehicle after having a terrible experience with Public Storage—where they took our payment and then marked our unit as vacated in their system without any notice. After being told it would take 24–72 hours for a manager to get back to us, we knew we had to find another option. That’s when we found this place—and we’re so glad we did. Highly recommend!
Had a fabulous experience renting a storage space here! Reserved our unit online (easy peasy!) and came in person to finalize details. The front office is clean and spacious. Juliannie was so helpful and made the process smooth. Great place!
The facility is well located and extremely clean and safe. The staff is amazing! Christy and Julianne are exceptional.The entire lease experience was so efficient. Highly recommended!

Cristy is the worst customer service possible. Find somewhere else. They act like they are doing you a favor giving you a place to rent when that’s their business. Horrible customer service and horrible place. Biggest mistake. STAY AWAY!
