Signed up for a parking spot for my RV. There were some issues with the original spot. Christy the store manager took me out to the lot on 3 occasions to show me other options. I found an ideal spot for my RV and she switched over all my paperwork quickly and made it a fast and smooth transition. I appreciate her being really responsive to my calls and just helpful in general.

I give Elmhurst Ustorit a five star review! I was shopping around for a 10 x 10 locker and just happened to walk in and had the best Customer service. They search for any available discounts. Christy was our lifesaver! The customer service here is impeccable! We ended up renting a 24/7 accessible unit for a vehicle after having a terrible experience with Public Storage—where they took our payment and then marked our unit as vacated in their system without any notice. After being told it would take 24–72 hours for a manager to get back to us, we knew we had to find another option. That’s when we found this place—and we’re so glad we did. Highly recommend!
