Had a fabulous experience renting a storage space here! Reserved our unit online (easy peasy!) and came in person to finalize details. The front office is clean and spacious. Juliannie was so helpful and made the process smooth. Great place!
Christie and Juliana were great, they worked with me to make sure I had the proper documents and insurance to secure my unit. Customer service and follow up was even better. The space is clean which makes me feel secure with my things being stored here.
While the facility itself is good, I can't in good conscience recommend it. I currently have a unit with the facility while I'm deployed overseas and they raised the price by 30% in the time I've been serving. I was very upfront with the management team that I was gone and was told that while there would be an increase, that it would be more modest.
Christie has been absolutely fantastic! Within an hour of submitting my paperwork and paying the first month, she called to inquire about when I'd be in so she could take me on a tour of everything and familiarize me with the location of the unit. They gave a fantastic deal for the first months, and were beyond friendly and detailed in going over everything in the contract. If you sign up for auto pay, they even provide extended hours! This is a great, clean, well maintained storage facility with easy access. Dollies were always available, clean and in good condition; there is a large, convenient elevator for access to the 2nd floor; also, there is easy access to the office and a clean toilet to use, if necessary. In the 3-1/2 yrs that I had a storage unit I only had 2 issues. First, there is usually only 1 person in the office. If they are on break or lunch you will have to wait for them to come back.
