I’ve been renting a unit here for years and never had any problems until recently. Unfortunately, I became a victim of theft when some of my belongings were stolen from my storage unit. I was paying $16 a month for insurance, but when we reported the theft, they said the cameras weren’t working that day because they were being fixed — what a coincidence. The lock was broken, but since nothing else was moved and they only took the tool boxes, they told us there was no proof and they couldn’t pay us anything. I switched to a larger storage and explained my situation Karina was more than ready to help make it happen…. Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful if needed …. Highly recommended this facility… and there move-in special really helps
I had a wonderful experience at the u stor it store on Lincoln Park! The service was incredibly easy and smooth from start to finish. The facility itself is clean, organized, and welcoming — you can tell they really care about the customer experience. Special shoutout to Corina, who was absolutely excellent! She made the entire process even better with her professionalism and friendly attitude. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great experience!
