On Sunday and Monday I was switching my storage from one unit to the other. The young lady who was working was very rude and disrespectful to me and my family. She was not helpful at all. I have been a customer at this location for over 5 years and have always had nothing but excellent service. The young lady really needs to consider a job where she doesn't deal with customers. Really awesome friendly place...and prices u won't find anywhere else...got elevators which is a big help.
The U-Store-it facility in lincoln is the awesome! The facilities are so well kept, the pricing reasonable. Great security over the units, staff in facility at all times. CELIA will go above and beyond to make sure she gives that great customer service. I would recommend them a thousand times !
Loved the customer service ! Corrina was awesome, had patience with us as we skimmed through the units to make sure we are making the right choice. Celia was the associate that helped over the phone and was gracious and kind. 10/10 I recommend !!! They also have uhauls you could rent 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Great storage unit! I had such a remarkably positive experience at this location. This is my first time renting a storage unit and all staff here has made this experience so quick and easy for me. They have all been so helpful and they give exceptional service! Highly recommend.
