Really awesome friendly place...and prices u won't find anywhere else...got elevators which is a big help.
I had a wonderful experience at the u stor it store on Lincoln Park! The service was incredibly easy and smooth from start to finish. The facility itself is clean, organized, and welcoming — you can tell they really care about the customer experience. Special shoutout to Corina, who was absolutely excellent! She made the entire process even better with her professionalism and friendly attitude. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great experience!
On Sunday and Monday I was switching my storage from one unit to the other. The young lady who was working was very rude and disrespectful to me and my family. She was not helpful at all. I have been a customer at this location for over 5 years and have always had nothing but excellent service. The young lady really needs to consider a job where she doesn't deal with customers. The U-Store-it facility in lincoln is the awesome! The facilities are so well kept, the pricing reasonable. Great security over the units, staff in facility at all times. CELIA will go above and beyond to make sure she gives that great customer service. I would recommend them a thousand times !
I highly recommend this place. All of my questions were answered & the service was very quick & fast. This place is close to me so it was very convenient to get to. The deals helped My total ALOT ! I will definitely be back
