Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! The location is ideal, and the facility is very clean. Pricing and property rules were explained in an easy manner, and the process was prompt, yet thorough. I would highly recommend this facility to others, and I look forward to doing business here!
Have been using U-Stor for over a year now. Super easy to access my unit, it's open at the time I need it to be and the customer service is amazing. It's closely located near where I live and near the freeway so it's perfect for my needs. It's very secure so I feel safe using this storage and definitely recommend!
Celia had Great Customer service. She was fast and explained everything and she is friendly. We got our storage unit Yay !!
The people at the front desk were very helpful and quick , service was from 5-10 minutes. Ruben broke everything down for us the times their open. Everyone here was super sweet and helpful, explained everything clearly and help us understand what needs to be done. I would recommend coming here if you never had a storage unit before.
Eduardo provided exceptional customer service and a seamless rental experience complete with a smile. His cordial demeanor and vast knowledge of the product were exemplary.
