I switched to a larger storage and explained my situation Karina was more than ready to help make it happen…. Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful if needed …. Highly recommended this facility… and there move-in special really helps
I've been a storer there for years, and still am. I just emptied one storage. My entire time there I had no complaints. Clean, no bugs, and the two ladies in the office are always nice and cordial to me. I would recommend this place to anyone that wanted a storage.
Eduardo provided exceptional customer service and a seamless rental experience complete with a smile. His cordial demeanor and vast knowledge of the product were exemplary. We rented at a very great price and the unit is spacious and clean. This was our first time renting at U-Stor-It and we are more than satisfied with the process. I had a wonderful experience at the u stor it store on Lincoln Park! The service was incredibly easy and smooth from start to finish. The facility itself is clean, organized, and welcoming — you can tell they really care about the customer experience. Special shoutout to Corina, who was absolutely excellent! She made the entire process even better with her professionalism and friendly attitude. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great experience!
Really awesome friendly place...and prices u won't find anywhere else...got elevators which is a big help.
