I had a great experience renting from U Stor It Redlands. Ryan, the representative who helped me with my rental, was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Customer service like this really stands out. I would definitely recommend renting from them if you’re looking for a storage facility with excellent service and a smooth experience!
Stored with them for about 8 months prices were reasonable, felt safe going in and out of storage and they were hassle free with cancellation/ changing units etc. Good, honest and reasonable business. Would recommend them again.
my whole experience was super smooth! i received help immediately and was very clearly explained what was offered and what was required. Ryan was super helpful and funny and efficiently helped me get a storage locker.
After being a customer for 4 years and experiencing a break in to my unit and having to wait more than an hour for someone to show up on time, this storage business falls short. Also anyone renting here should beware of their move out day, they lead you into a false sense of security.I was always on time with my payment and on the day I left, they tried to get me to pay a full months rent in order to leave.
Great place to store all my personal belongings! Second time utilizing this place so nothing has changed from almost 3 years ago. Great customer service and units that are available are always conveniently close to entrances. Will recommend!
