Vanessa was such a great help , definitely deserves a raise. I was met with great customer service and very hospitable. They helped me with everything making the process very quick and easy. The prices are great for the sizes you get and it's a very accessible location from whichever direction you come form.
Vanessa is always helpful anytime I need something and even when I needed a different unit she showed me the storage and let me know my stuff would fit. She is always working hard and making sure it looks super clean and easy on the eye when you pull in! You’re doing great Ms Vanessa! Thank you for all your help!
As a former very long term tenant, I can highly recommend this place. Very clean and my unit was always in good hands, safe and secure. Stephanie is a great manager. Helpful, friendly and great communication. Great at problem solving. I highly recommend U Store It in Redlands or Yucaipa, George in Yucaipa is also great to work with and is an amazing manager as well. 5 Stars +
A great all-around experience! I was so impressed with the exceptional service from Stephanie and Austin. They were both incredibly professional, kind, and made the entire process of renting a storage unit seamless. The facility itself is spotless and clearly well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind. On top of that, the level of security is fantastic, with multiple measures that made me feel like my belongings were completely safe. Highly recommend this place! ☀️
Stored with them for about 8 months prices were reasonable, felt safe going in and out of storage and they were hassle free with cancellation/ changing units etc. Good, honest and reasonable business. Would recommend them again.
