As a former very long term tenant, I can highly recommend this place. Very clean and my unit was always in good hands, safe and secure. Stephanie is a great manager. Helpful, friendly and great communication. Great at problem solving. I highly recommend U Store It in Redlands or Yucaipa, George in Yucaipa is also great to work with and is an amazing manager as well. 5 Stars +
A great all-around experience! I was so impressed with the exceptional service from Stephanie and Austin. They were both incredibly professional, kind, and made the entire process of renting a storage unit seamless. The facility itself is spotless and clearly well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind. On top of that, the level of security is fantastic, with multiple measures that made me feel like my belongings were completely safe. Highly recommend this place! ☀️
Awesome facility. Met with Brenda first, she was super sweet and friendly. Austin finished up my paperwork and was very helpful. Very professional and friendly staff. I have a climate controlled unit, units and hallways are clean. Highly recommend.
I’ve had a great experience with U-Storage-It on W Colton Ave! The staff is super friendly and helpful — they made the whole rental process quick and easy. The units are clean, well-kept, and easy to access. I also really appreciate how secure the facility feels, with good lighting and gated access.
Staff was very helpful & attentive to my needs. Stephanie and Austin were both very knowledgeable and very helpful. I appreciate them so much in my time of need. Keep up the good work guys. Yes, they deserve a raise
