I went in a few days ago to rent out a storage for a family emergency and was greeted immediately and sweetly by Nick and Jenna. They received me kindly and helped me with my issues. By far the best customer service anyone has ever shown me. Very professional. 10/10 would recommend anyone that comes here to rent from this pair. They are great ☺️ thank you both for all your help.
This location has stored my belongings for four years and I am so beyond grateful! the gentleman named Nick has been such a big help! Lost my keys and he replaced them for a small fee, kind and knowledgeable.
Always very clean... Been a customer for 3 years. In comparison to some of the storage facilities in this area Redlands this one is very top-notch. You wouldn't be wasting your money if you were storing your extra stuff here.
