I had a great experience renting a unit here. The facility was clean, secure, and well maintained. The staff was always helpful, and the move-out process was quick and hassle-free. I would definitely rent here again if I need storage in the future.
I had a great experience renting from U Stor It Redlands. Ryan, the representative who helped me with my rental, was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Customer service like this really stands out. I would definitely recommend renting from them if you’re looking for a storage facility with excellent service and a smooth experience!
After being a customer for 4 years and experiencing a break in to my unit and having to wait more than an hour for someone to show up on time, this storage business falls short. Also anyone renting here should beware of their move out day, they lead you into a false sense of security.I was always on time with my payment and on the day I left, they tried to get me to pay a full months rent in order to leave.
Great place to store all my personal belongings! Second time utilizing this place so nothing has changed from almost 3 years ago. Great customer service and units that are available are always conveniently close to entrances. Will recommend!
Vanessa was very nice and she helped me tremendously with getting the right size storage I will definitely let family and friends know how great this place is..
