This is my second time using U-Stor-It, and I am happy to be back. The indoor units are climate controlled and up to cleanliness standards. I don’t feel stressed about leaving my belongings here over the hot summers. They also have carts that are easily accessible for you to use around the property. It’s really helpful when unloading a lot of crates/boxes at once. Thanks for having me back, and for an easy check-in!
I had such a great experience opening a new 5x10 storage unit at U-Stor-it Storage in Redlands. The employees were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process, making everything quick and easy. Their customer service was top-notch, and they went out of their way to ensure I had the right unit for my needs. On top of that, their prices are very competitive, making it an excellent value. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free storage solution!
We needed a 2nd storage unit and Diana from the Redlands store did an excellent job completing our reservation. The 5x10 unit we got was clean, close to our current unit, and ready to use. Highly recommend!
Very clean environmentally controlled storage unit was very happy with the space. Would have given them five stars, but - Be aware that if you get on auto payment, you have more hours of access to the unit which I did not find out until the week we moved out. 6 AM to 8 PM if you’re on auto pay. Would’ve been more convenient to know instead of using up my days off to work on the storage unit because I thought they Closed at 5 PM.
