I was renting a unit for 3 yrs service was ok, but hours were so inconvenient only open 9 to 5. Closed on holidays and sundays. After the 2nd year they started switching from one management company to another to the point where it was impossible to make a payment. Every other month they would change phone numbers. Last month my storage unit got broken into a long with other units that were picked randomly, most everything was stolen and i ended up just taking what was left and moving to another storage place. Worse place ever. Get away from the San ysidro location. Rats infection, homeless living on site, everything is extremely dirty, no restroom access, this place is open 24/7 the lock is only for looks. I had brought my concerns many times to the management a light color skin who claims is the manager from the Otay and also this location. She said they are not going to do anything about it and I can leave if I want to because that location is not something they are concerned about since they are going to demolished sometime so... read more
