I had a great experience at this U-Haul location! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super helpful and made the whole rental process quick and easy. The truck was clean, ran smoothly, and was ready right when I arrived. Returning it was just as simple—pulled in, dropped off the keys, and I was on my way within minutes. Moving is always stressful, but this location made it so much easier. Definitely recommend if you need a reliable truck or equipment rental!

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. I lost the key to my unit and Tyler was the best locksmith to assist me. Super quick process. Plus they were really busy on a Saturday afternoon but still helped with a smile. Thanks!!
Jenna is the best, she is always positive and handles any issues that occur. I never once felt unsure or insecure about my needs when it came to help from Jenna. She is a kind soul with such a big heart in keeping her customers happy. Whether just starting or departing from the facility I would definitely recommend requesting Jenna for assistance. 5 stars always! Thank you again!
Place and location is awesome. Cant say much about the customer service . Gentlemen that was working there seemed frustrated because I asked him for a copy of final closing since it was my last day with the storage unit. He said i don't need copy everything has already been closed out and there is no balance owed. We all know that with out receipts we cant prove anything. Does not know the cliché customer is always right .
