From the time I entered until I left it went very smooth to rent my unit. He showed me different unit sizes and I was able to select the best size. Very very clean building and the staff was great. Answered all my questions. Very smooth transaction.
I had a great experience at this U-Haul location! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super helpful and made the whole rental process quick and easy. The truck was clean, ran smoothly, and was ready right when I arrived. Returning it was just as simple—pulled in, dropped off the keys, and I was on my way within minutes. Moving is always stressful, but this location made it so much easier. Definitely recommend if you need a reliable truck or equipment rental!

Not impressed from the man that helped us set up a lease. In all honesty, if it wasn’t for the convenience of the storage unit being down the street from our residence, I would’ve walked out instantly. I understand we all have our bad days, but as someone who also works in customer service, I expected better.
Jenna is the best, she is always positive and handles any issues that occur. I never once felt unsure or insecure about my needs when it came to help from Jenna. She is a kind soul with such a big heart in keeping her customers happy. Whether just starting or departing from the facility I would definitely recommend requesting Jenna for assistance. 5 stars always! Thank you again!
