It was our first time in this renting unit and we were pleasantly surprised! Great customer service & clean environment! Marco was able to answer any questions we had and gave us options that helped us suit our needs. & Brenda was super friendly.
Everyone was very helpful and kind. A few minutes after I made a reservation someone called to see I add any questions. Then a couple days I received another call if I would like to come in for a tour. Everything was great paperwork was easy. U-Stor-it is so convenient and accessible. I was able to go online, pick out my unit and pay for it. The first month discount is a huge bonus. Shortly after, received a call from Marco introducing himself and advising me of the next steps. Super helpful and he made the registration process so simple and efficient.
Tyler is very professional, clear, and up-front about the move-in process - and also kind and helpful. He showed me unit options, answered all questions, and was the reason I chose this facility. You can pull your car up almost all the way to elevator and use a large dolly to make move-in easier. The facility is well cared for and clean. After processing the move-in a timely manner, Tyler checked-in to make sure we had everything we needed.
He’s been really helpful and approachable the whole time. Easy to communicate with and always handles things quickly. I appreciate how smoothly everything is managed here. U-Storage was really nice and very approachable. Super helpful and easy to talk to
