Do not rent from here we moved in 2024 our rent was $42 , there were 2 price hikes that amounted to $92 by the time we moved out... today we moved ou.. We haven't been there for 2 years....and we definitely regret going to this place. They don't work with the tenants at all .. you'll ask to change your due date and they refuse to work with you.. .sorry but Ill take my business somewhere else where the customers are appreciated. This place is a rip off went to rent a truck and they said I owed them 200 from a previous rental ,said I never paid when I returned the truck ,yet you have to give them your card number to reserve so how did they not get paid told me i should have keep the receipt ,never again would I use or recommend this company
Easy to deal with and get setup quick!
The manager Keisha was very friendly and helped me choose the right unit. I needed climate controlled but had initially gotten an outdoor unit.
Amending review again to warn others the maximum coverage for rodent damage is only $400. Their max policy that we paid into faithfully for over two years would only cover more if you get burglarized or there’s a flood or tornado. I do think that if you are considering doing business here, please know that your stuff may get contaminated and there will be not much you can do about it. Amending my first review.
