Not the best place. One of the elevators has been out of service for over a year. NOW the front gate and keypads don't work which means security is an issue. You also can't "call" the elevator, you have to walk downstairs to get it. ALSO the elevator license/certificate expired a year ago. There's never a person around if you need help. If you can find another place, try there first.

It's relatively cheaper than other places. That's the main reason I think anyone uses it. But be warned, they will increase your rent and the very low monthly is just to get you in the door (still a relatively good deal though). If you're just using it for a month, you're fine, but after about 3 your rent will increase. The elevators break down a lot, like today, as I move out. Thank goodness I hired movers. Anyway, it's fine but can't give it 5 starts.

The people in the office are genuinely helpful and try. I cannot get my head around the lack of support from their head quarters however. Over 10 visits and multiple calls, multiple photocopies of military ID, emails and they still refuse to apply military discount. Don’t advertise it if you’re not willing to do it. Just a really poor experience when you’re paying top dollar in a premium location and the price Increases of around 30% with almost no notice - great when your travelling and are not in a position to do anything... read more

I was a customer of u-store for a long 7-8 months. Always paid on time and made sure to check things off on my end. The storage temps were either extremely cold or extremely hot, never regulated. Items in the storage were thrown away dues to all the mice and rodents. When closing out the storage unit I cleaned up everything I could but the elevators once again weren’t working. John, the site manager, was incredibly helpful, informative, and kind. He’s very friendly and positive, and he took the time to walk me through the entire process, making the experience feel easy, smooth, and stress-free.
