A great experience as a first time in this great salon💅 💇‍♀️ especially very professional and ownership nice and affordable buzz 🐝 cut shave 🪒 especially a fixed price for exactly what I expected and the other salons 💇‍♀️ can get pricey such as GREAT CLIPS and FIRST CHOICE with out a fixed price. I asked specifically when I sat in the chair that I'd like the sides of my head short, the top a bit longer, and a trim to the loose ends on my beard. When the sides where still a bit long, I asked for a 2 or 3 on the side of my head, and the barber proceeded to shave 5 months of beard growth off. I had to go to another barber to have the mess fixed. I will not be back, and there is no way this chain can regain my trust. "Your beard is the side of your head" I was told. Outrageous.

It was my first time at this Ultracuts hair salon, in NE Calgary. I was helped by Sarah. She doesn't speak much, which I appreciate. I don't like hair salon small talks. Sarah is a professional and done an excellent job in my hair. I got exactly what I was expecting for and I am happy. I will be back. Thank you, Sarah.

This salon needs to change their front women omg the minute i walk in they didn't smile at all i straight away come out of their unhappy environment who will be willing to take services if they don't feel welcoming i wish i could give 0 rating to their unhappy faces

Number 3 haircut – This guard length is ⅜ of an inch and will give you a short but still noticeable amount of hair on top. It's perfect for those who want a bit more volume and texture.
