Vohn had been cutting my hair for the better part of a year. Every time she would cut the right side/back way too short - like 1/8 inch long. I addressed this with her several times, she acknowledged it and then continued to do it. I kept reminding her but she wouldn't listen. The last haircut I had from her was awful.
