Lien was very poor at her service, took 2 min to mess with my hair. It was terrible, then Amena took 10 minutes to fix whatever she can. I am expecting strict action taken against her.
My daughter and me were walk-ins less than an hour before closing less than two weeks ago. All I knew was that I wanted my long hair cut and knowing my hair can be tricky I let the hairstylist do whatever she wanted for me to end up happy. I had a haircut done through Tran on January 5th. She catered to my requirements and her customer service was exemplary. She gave some valuable tips regarding hair grooming as well. Fantabulous.
I got my haircut here on Wednesday and it was a fantastic cut. I wish that I could remember the name of the person who cut my hair. She was so very good. I think that it was one of the best haircuts that I have had in a very long time. I just wish that I lived in Calgary and could haircut every time! Thanks for a wonderful cut
I was leery of bringing my granddaughter there but am glad I did. We had, I think her name was Tran, she cut it perfectly from my opinion. Only the bangs were a tad shorter than she wanted . It framed her face so softly. And now two weeks later she loves her bangs. Will be using her for mine shortly.
