The lady who cut my hair (merlin) took way to much off when I only asked for a slight trim and minimal layers to help with growing my hair out. I lost nearly 2 years of hair growth because she didnt listen when I told her multiple times I wanted to keep as much length as possible. Very clean, stylist was friendly , even though , i didn't know what style I wanted, she managed to give a good hair cut !
