I was able to get an appointment within 30 minutes of checking for available times. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was sitting in a chair with 5 minutes. I mentioned that I liked the hairstyle of an actress in a show, the stylist (Monica/Monique??-I forgot her name) looked the actress up on her phone and within 20 minutes I walked out with a similar style. Me and my wife visited ultracuts first time and had haircut from parul , she had done such a amazing job . The way she explained was fantastic . Me and my wife is definitely coming to her for more hair services next time . Highly recommended
The lady who cut my hair (merlin) took way to much off when I only asked for a slight trim and minimal layers to help with growing my hair out. I lost nearly 2 years of hair growth because she didnt listen when I told her multiple times I wanted to keep as much length as possible.
