Felt important! Real and genuine customer service! Pam is great and nailed it! I myself work in the service industry and I rarely get treated the way I treat my customers. That was not the case at Ultracuts. They are fantastic! François.
I was able to get an appointment within 30 minutes of checking for available times. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was sitting in a chair with 5 minutes. I mentioned that I liked the hairstyle of an actress in a show, the stylist (Monica/Monique??-I forgot her name) looked the actress up on her phone and within 20 minutes I walked out with a similar style. I was very happy with the service and cut I got
I am so glad that I found Yen at Southdale Ultracuts. I have very short hair and she gives me a great cut each time I visit. She takes her time, is a good coversationalist, and seems to know exactly how to deal with my cowlick and natural waves. I have recommended her to friends as well.
Yen was great as usual.Disappointed to get email from Ultra cuts saying I could call to book for next appointment when in fact that isn't true. Has to be booked on line same day or drop in . Very inconvenient for most seniors who can only book by phone or go in.
I like coming to my side of town to Ultra Cuts, i have been coming here to this site for the last 10 yrs and seeing my fav hair dresser, she does an excellent job, all i have to do is sit on the chair and its done lovely to chat with her.
