I was a regular customer here but you won't see my any family member again. Call 8 min before the Appointment time: I was booked for today's appointment at 4.30 PM. Received a call at 4.22 saying that 'We can't take you IN because I am late'. And the reason they gave was that they had wrong time in their system at 4.15. Right in the perfect location on my way out of the city and right close to some of my fav stores, Coralie was so friendly and welcoming, always go in knowing I will get exactly what I want and leave feeling beautiful and happy.
Great experience as always. My daughter got exactly what she asked for and as usual my maintenance haircut was great.
They won't take haircut appointments that aren't the same day. The hours say open at 9am. Nobody answers the phone, ever. Hair dressers are usually massively under qualified. It's frustrating trying to get through to anyone here.
booked online and was moved to different timing for later that day without any notice. Booked another day and was asked to have hair done by another stylist. Felt very disrespected, don’t think I will return Wouldn’t recommend at all!
