So wonderful and accommodating! Not sure they could always do this as they are pretty busy, but as someone who walked in from out of town looking for a perm, they fit me in! I'm impressed with the sweetness of the staff & how the perm turned out!
My experience at the brighton location as been fantastic! The staff are all very kind and they take time to listen and make sure you get what you ask for! My go to stylist there is Coralie! She is hands down the best! 10/10 recommend going to the brighton location to get your hair done!
I was a regular customer here but you won't see my any family member again. Call 8 min before the Appointment time: I was booked for today's appointment at 4.30 PM. Received a call at 4.22 saying that 'We can't take you IN because I am late'. And the reason they gave was that they had wrong time in their system at 4.15. Appointment time: 4.30 PM: I reached at 4.35 with the card where it was written clearly that my booking time is 4.30. Great experience as always. My daughter got exactly what she asked for and as usual my maintenance haircut was great.
Coralie is a great hairstylist ,always listens to what I want.gives the best haircuts and is always so kind and personable.She makes my day every time I go to see her and I love my hair everytime -definitely go see Coralie you won’t regret it 😋
