My hair cut experience was wonderful. The stylist was attentive, knowledgeable and had a friendly manner. She suggested what cut would look best for my hair type. She blowdried and styled my hair into a pretty, flattering style. It felt great to have a new, refreshed look. Thank you for the awesome haircut experience!
I had the manager cut my hair today. She was nice enough but talked way to much and went way to fast giving me a horrible haircut, didnt do what I asked then said oh well it grows back quick. I asked for a hard line so she pretty much shaved my head and did a bad line you cant even see or part because the side is shaved to close and i look like a lesbian in transition....I won't be coming back to this location made me feel like I was just a check on her to do list.
Shelly is very friendly and genuine, she is the best hairstylist I have had. Thank you for the beautiful hairstyle and great customer service. Always has me feeling that I am in good hands.
Just had haircut here. My Hair was 3 inches long and I only ask for a 1/2 inch off, ended up with almost a buzz cut. Never will go back here. They must not know what 1/2 inch is. Completely disgusted. When I booked asked for the best stylist, well if this is there best were all in trouble.
Liz was really nice and thorough with questions which I liked. We are all very happy with our haircuts.
