I debated whether to post this review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. My daughter received highlights and a haircut here, which cost approximately $200. Unfortunately, the results were very disappointing. Her hair was left with numerous noticeable spots and uneven patches throughout, the highlights turned out extremely yellow rather than the look we had discussed, and her haircut was also uneven. I had a very disappointing experience today. I called ahead and was told that I could come in for a hair appointment. However, when I arrived about 30 minutes later, I was refused service and told that the stylist was working alone and couldn't take me. I understand that unexpected situations happen, but I wish I had been informed before making the trip. It was frustrating to waste my time after being told the appointment was available. Better communication and consideration for clients would go a long way.
Liz was wonderful. I accidentally showed up at the wrong location. She said it was no problem and she could take me. She was also gracious enough to get in contact with the other location to let them know what happened. She was so friendly so nice. I look forward to seeing her again.
Worst hair cutter . Asked her to cut my hair half of what I had and she cut almost double half and charged 38$ . The haircut price display clearly showed 26$. I will never come here .👎
I have always had a great experience with Shelly doing my hair. From cut to colors I have loved the change that I have undergone. She is honest and her knowledge and advice is greatly appreciated. I trust her opinion and know she will give her honest advice. Thank you for the fresh new look 💖
