Liz was wonderful. I accidentally showed up at the wrong location. She said it was no problem and she could take me. She was also gracious enough to get in contact with the other location to let them know what happened. She was so friendly so nice. I look forward to seeing her again.
I visited this place for the first time today and was impressed with the excellent customer service and the polite staff; we had great conversations. However, I wasn't impressed with the haircut; I had to guide the hairstylist throughout, and despite that, some spots were still missed. That being said, the stylist has forty years of experience, and I wonder if she is better at other things, like long hair. Sadly, I don’t recommend this place for guys' haircuts and beard trims. Shelly, the manager of Ultracuts 8th St and Acadia Dr, has been my hairdresser for many years. I have followed her to different salons and will be her client. She is very kind, compassionate and a joy to work with. Way to go Shelly!!!!
Jeni was absolutely amazing and I will definitely be going to see her again in the future! She is very kind and great at understanding what you want and making it happen!!!
Shelly has been my hair stylist for over 35 years. Besides being excellent at her job she is very personable, caring and honest. If she doesn’t think you should do something with your hair she will tell you why and that’s appreciated. I’ve had long and short hair; permed and straight hair and colored with highlights and lowlights. I hope she doesn’t retire any time soon.
