We booked appointments online for myself and 2 kids. We were suppose to be the first appointments of the day. When we arrived they ignored our booking as they had seated people ahead of us, and told us we had to wait until they finished. I don’t know how this was possible when we had the first appointments of the day. Won’t be returning.
Booked an appointment for my toddler at 4:45, stylist Trish called and asked we come in at 4:30. She did not seat us until 5:30! Waited nearly an hour with my toddler, was not offered any discount for the long wait time.
My son Ethan has his hair cut done on May 23rd. The staff is patient and did her best, excellent service. My son said, "like my hair cut". Thank you!
Have had my hair cut here a couple times while working in the area. Have been very happy with the service and value for the money.
I have been attending Trish at Ultracuts for the past several years. I greatly appreciate her cut and styling. As much, I appreciate her warm friendly conversation and demeanour. All together, 6 stars out of 5! K
