Have been going to this #2410 22nd location for years. I take my Elderly Mom hear as well.Both stylists(Nadine& Stephanie) are amazing. Always do what we want done. Excellent results. These are very kind and patient, especially with my elderly mom. Overall, great service. Will be going back as usual.
I am terrible names so forgive me, But I went here yesterday and The lady that cut my hair was amazing. Super quick and did exactly what I asked for. Haircuts are also an amazing price here. I wasn’t wearing my hair down, I needed a hair cut. NOW after going to Altra Cuts I still have to hide my hair and I need to pay for another hair cut. I didn’t want my hair washed because I don’t like the smell of the shampoo they use, I have allergies. I asked the hair dresser to put water in my hair. I also asked for 2 long layers. The hair dresser did not put water in my hair, she cut my hair dry. She also layered my hair wrong. I have curly hair and it needs to have long layers. Leanne is great as always! Should bring back the ability to make appointments. Also bring in a receptionist or a phone answering service so the stylists dont have to stop in the middle of cutting hair constantly to answer the phone or deal with walk in customers.
Well my spouse went in for a haircut and he wanted a textured crop. He then asked if they could tidy his goatee. He was out the door in ten minutes paying a $41.oo hair cut. My spouse asked why so expensive? The hairdresser (Tiny Asian lady) said they charge extra to trim his goat Also if you’re paying in cash they make sure you have coins as change. The hairdresser will stand and linger since right now you have change.
