I wasn’t wearing my hair down, I needed a hair cut. NOW after going to Altra Cuts I still have to hide my hair and I need to pay for another hair cut. I didn’t want my hair washed because I don’t like the smell of the shampoo they use, I have allergies. I asked the hair dresser to put water in my hair. I also asked for 2 long layers. Worst experience ever …. I have been to so many salons but never such….. i wanted curtain bangs with bangs at front….. the stylist who cut my hair was nice but didn’t know how to cut i even asked her do you wanna see the photo again which i showed you she said no…. And then she started doing my haircut without even wash i would have paid for wash and everything just to get that haircut…. Friday morning, 10am haircut. Not overly busy, only waited 5 minutes. Great hairdresser, very polite, and did as requested in terms of length and style I requested. Reasonable price..25.00 means haircut. Highly recommend. They offer washes, cuts, fades, etc. Will definitely be back.

Stephanie has been my hair dresser for a year. I was a couple of minutes late for my appointment. She already had a customer going towards her work station, she saw me and asked the customer to wait until she was done with me. Excellent service.
