I was hoping they could squeeze me in as I needed a haircut before an important meeting. They said they could squeeze me in tomorrow at 2:30PM, this was good because my appointment was shortly after that. When I arrived at 2:30 PM March 6th, the door was locked and there was a signed closed from 3:00-4:15. According to the sign someone should have been there at 2:30. I have no complaints about my most recent experience. Janice is a very personable stylist and was extremely pleasant. I was quite satisfied with my haircut. She was also very quick, which was great for me that day, in particular. Thanks Janice!!
Didn’t know stylists name before but have gotten her past three times, as booked online and just hoped I’d get a decent stylist. I know it now and will not have her do it again. A simple man’s haircut, did not know how to blend and hair is patchy. No idea how to do hair and little to no personality. Young fellow getting his haircut beside me was swearing up a storm telling stories to his stylist he obviously knew. Not a great experience. Realize these stylists may just be starting out but it’s been oratory bad lately.
They allowed me to come in with no appointment and the owner/manager was very friendly. Great discussion and great hair cut
Request for Destiny. She is very professional and has great customer service. I don’t have a particular hairdresser at ultracuts but now I will definitely be requesting for Destiny next time. I am very satisfied. Thank you 😊
