I visited UltraCuts today with my son and had a poor experience. The stylist displayed racism behavior and lacked accommodation. Additionally, they Failed to clean up after cutting hair on clothes and and ears Didn't take precautions when spraying water, neglecting my son's eye safety Upon entering, we weren't greeted, unlike other clients.We won't be returning to this location due to the unacceptable service and rude treatment!!
The girl did an amazing job with the haircut. But the lady named Classina was very rude. Her behaviour with the coworker was also really bad.
My husband and 3 kids went to see Classina at Ultracuts. She was so patient with my kids and everyone absolutely loved their haircuts!
I was greeted when I arrived, asked if I wanted a wash and then asked about the cut I had in mind. Had a nice visit with my stylist, Tammy.
