I went to UltraCuts and had a pretty disappointing experience. They seemed to lack enough staff and overall experience, which already made the service feel rushed and unprofessional. I asked specifically for a low taper blowout, but instead I got a regular low taper. On top of that, the haircut was uneven at first and they had to go back and cut it again to try and fix it. Amy gave my 11 yr old son the haircut he wanted. She checked in with him to make sure she was getting it right and he left with a huge smile on his face. Definitely recommend her!
