We’ve been living here for a little over a month now. The amenities are very nice and the apartment is spacious with beautiful appliances. The building managers are super friendly and are easy to get ahold of if there are issues and the maintenance guy, Mike is very friendly and knowledgeable about his job. The area is very convenient for downtown living with lots of activities to do that are only minutes away. I recently moved in and so far everything has been great. The community feels family-friendly. We feel safe and heard, which is a great feeling when you’re in a brand new environment. The office staff is 5⭐️. Super personable, easy to talk to, and they somehow always look motivated and genuinely happy… which, in apartment-office land, is basically spotting a unicorn. I drove by these apartments and instantly knew I wanted to live here. The application process felt so easy, and the staff was incredibly friendly every step of the way. I absolutely love my two-bedroom apartment—it’s beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. I also chose the option for garage parking, and it has been so convenient. I would recommend these apartments to anyone thinking about applying. For me, it has been completely worth it.
I have felt a home feeling with antelope Valley the minute I entered this little piece of heaven. The faculty is very upbeat and friendly! They also just seem to really focus on the activities at hand. You can’t help but feel comfortable in their hands as they guide you through this complexes adventures. One more thing they all smile most of the time and laughter is heard for blocks maybe even miles.
