Nice place. Free rent and Medina is a nice city to live
Iived here for years.Not as bad as the reviews said.Better than living in the ghetto with gun shots all day.Pretty peaceful.Was a lot of kids but still quiet
I moved out of here in august of 2021. I told them ahead of time, turned my key in and signed myself out. I had 2 different ppl e-mail me about an eviction notice & again, I told them I’ve been gone! Now I’m getting phone calls & letters in the mail saying I owe them over 1,000 some dollars and it’s going on to my credit for all this time that I WASNT there. You mean to tell me no one has checked that apartment in almost 2 years if there was no response from me? Even though I told you guys 3 times?! I’m glad no one was dead ... read more
Very poorly kept up but has the potential to be a nice place overall. Management doesn't care about property or tenants and let's kids run around all day and trash the place and damage others property. Maintenance also doesn't keep up on anything and if there is a issue with a apartment have fun waiting tw months before it's fixed, if it ever is... It seems HUD themselves doesn't care for the property either because nothing has changed at all.
It could be better. But parents don't show their kids to keep their neighborhoods clean. Mrs. Shelly & her team are a great team. They do what they can. Parents need to show their kids about respecting properties. These kids throw trash out of trashcans just cause they are lazy. I would start fining and this will change immediately.
