This is union village. Lived here for 2.5 years. Not usually the one to leave a nasty review but concept and union village need it. The pool was consistently closed in the summer(always failing to open memorial weekend), the outside concrete is pretty cracked and worn so during rain it would leave puddles, stray cats all over the place. The interior is also incredibly outdated. I moved in after someone lived there for nine years and they upgraded nothing, instead they charged me for the normal upgrades they should have done ... read more
Worst place I have ever lived and the included military housing. I was charged to replace window blinds that I went out and bought brand new, $200 for 2 blinds and installed them less than 30 days before I moved out. Property Manager is not on site only way to get hold of them is through text. The maintenance is horrible. First time was fine, every time after was like they had never been there. Small Older apartments, no to laundry hook ups, too expensive..
This place charges wear and tear. Which by law you can't do. They also wait after 30 days of eviction to charge. Which doing so after 30 days is in violation of article 2 of the Utah State Legislation. Doesn't offer walk through, along with claiming damages were dealt but already were there before we moved in. They will break the law underneath your nose.
I live here for 7 years and always like it. 2 month ago I have a problem with balcony screens . I was upset ready to find another place and move , but one Manager that care makes a all difference . She call me , talk with me for a wild, listen what I wanna say, explained the reason for the changes , and she find a solution for me. I'm so thankful for her help and happy to keep living in my apartment 😊
