I've lived here for 2 years and this is what i got to say. OVER PRICED, roach infested, bad roommates, AC sucks, I don’t even have a kitchen or my own bathroom and I pay $1250 monthly, all toilets barely flush, low water pressure, hard water, gives food/grocery delivery people issues, central bus station is a 15 min walk away (pray it doesn’t rain) washers are gross, people don’t know how to cook and set stuff on fire, the shades barely shade the light, GROSS PEOPLE LIVE HERE (lots of mold in those units), old people not in... read more

I moved here because I wanted to get a student dorm experience, and I certainly got what I asked for. I've seen fully naked middle aged women in the elevators, guns dropped on the floor of the lobby (they won't acknowledge this of course, but ask anyone who lives in the building), arrests made in the building, constant fire alarms over the washers exploding, non functioning community kitchen equipment, floors smelling like booze and weed, OVERPRICED rent for a LEASE YOU CAN NOT BREAK, no matter how many ROACHES infest every ... read more

I've had better College experiences compared to this one. It is too expensive and they are unable to get rid of the roaches despite having the area clean. As far as paying rent, I will admit I fell behind, and they refuse to work with me. They put property that belongs to me and my fiance into storage, and he went to pick it up our property only to find that they kept most of our items. DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is disgusting. It’s infested with roaches — they’re literally everywhere, no matter how clean you keep your apartment. The whole building smells terrible all the time, like mold or something dead in the walls. The washer and dryer machines are trash — half the time they don’t work, and you still have to pay to use them even though rent is already ridiculously high. This place is BEYOND awful. It took me living in a completely normal complex to realize how bad this place is. The most glaring issue is the place is absolutely infested with roaches. I'm not even over exaggerating, genuinely. This place is filled with roaches on every floor of the building, and not just like maybe you'll see one or two, they're everywhere.
