Had an experience through a company I did some work from that was implementing a new system & the stories between multiple collection attempts on already paid invoices & lack of payment tracking /organization made it a headache when going back through the reports to switch them over, do not recommend
I can say that this entity is nothing but incompetent. I sent my first payment via credit card. A month later they sent another bill. I called and gave my credit card information over the phone with a confirmation email. I then get another bill and when I contacted them through their email, I was told that they were unable to process the credit card information. UnisLink is NOT reputable at all. They do NOT deliver on promises or deadline. They truly appear to be a fraudulent entity; they are a disaster at best. Nothing appears to be actual or real. Additionally, they are NOT based in Phoenix, or the United States for that matter.
Unislink, mis-posted all four out of four total payments AND then, after confirming the bills were paid, Unislink tried collecting the paid bills again. This is incompetence. Then Unislink sent a bill to collections and when it was again confirmed it was paid, charged me a $20 collection agency fee. This is unethical. Funny, how each recent recent review is one star (as of today) and all 5 star reviews are from "3 years ago." This is deceptive. We have been clients of UNIS for almost a decade now, and I have no hesitation in recommending them. They have grown with us, and growth always brings challenges.
