Our service man, Jeremy Lochbaum, came out today to do a leak inspection; found the leak, lay 12 feet of copper line to fix the problem. Jeremy exhibited quite the professionalism and detail to the job at hand. Also would like to give a shout-out to Travis, general manager of United Propane, without his expedient ok the job could have taken many more hours, if not days, than it did. "Great job guys!"

The guys came out and told me everything I needed to do and when I was ready, they came and installed my tank and made sure everything worked properly. No complaints here!

I have never done business with this company, but wanted to share my experience with their driver’s safety. I was driving by their location on the south edge of Lancaster during afternoon rush hour and one of the their drivers came flying out of their lot and didn’t even bother to stop before entering the roadway. He did look both ways when coming out to see if I had enough time to slam on my brakes and avoid hitting him. They do their jobs and have good prices charging by weight not tank. They are friendly if you initiate conversation. Hours are not great for a 9-5 weekday worker.
