Terrible service. My 90 year old father prepaid a season's worth of gas, to be delivered in two shipments. Received the first timely. When he contacted them to receive the second delivery, they told him "two days." Seven days later he is still waiting, and running out of gas. Similar problem last year: his contract required him to receive the balance of the undelivered gas by a particular date (or pay a penalty.) Prebought Summer 2019. When I called about the prebuy contract, I asked them to do the same thing they had the previous 13-14 years, fill at their convenience once the payment was received. Fast forward to December 2019...we're out of propane! On us for not checking - they'd never filled the tank. And, when the office is contacted, the epitome of rude on the telephone informs me that we'd never called! Spent a whole weekend without propane in the cold. If I could give them less than a 1 star I would. We have called them 5 times in the last 3 weeks and they never return our call. We were told that our propane ticket was in the system and it should be a couple days and the driver would call us to schedule our delivery. That was 17 days ago and after multiple phone calls all we get is the customer service rep telling us that she will contact the office and let them know. We contacted another company yesterday and after paying a $75 emergency fee we will have gas today.... read more
