I tried multiple times to call for a gas fill and no one answers the phone in the Auburn office. I have tried multiple times several days in a row and no answer and no answering machine to leave a message

This company owes my mother money. For about a year, they will not answer the phone when they do they lie,I cannot give this company one star, they are the lowest of th low I guess I have to give them one star or I can't post. Believe me they do not deserve that

I have used this company for the past 2 years and have never had an issue with them until this last order. I phoned and placed an order on 1/2/15 when I was at 30% as I was instructed to do. I told them I would be home that day but would be returning to work the next week so if the delivery was going to be after that day, they would need to contact me at my work phone because I have a Doberman that needs to be put up. One star was the lowest that I can give them, but they don't even deserve that. They refuse to answer the phone for fill ups, payments, etc. I reported them to the BBB for not answering the phone this winter when we had dangerously cold temperatures. I had to take off early from work in order to go to their office and let them know that I needed a refill. My parents switched to this company hoping to save a little money on their propane. The company brought us a horrendous looking tank that they said would paint but never have. When we tried to notify the main office that our tank was getting low, we would call and get nothing but a busy signal. If we did get through, we were sent to a voicemail.
