Swindled my dad. He had his motorcycle there for over 2 years. They didn't fix it, told him they did, charged $700, then he was driving home and it locked on him, he took it back. They kept it "working on it" for almost another year, said over and over people saw it and wanted to buy his bike, he kept saying no because he just wanted his bike to work and ride it. Update I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they made three attempts and this business never responded. This is how they treat a customer and veteran. Do not use this business they are a rip off.... read some of the real reviews.
Visited Motion Plus a few times with inconsistent service, so I'll write this review as clearly as I can to explain why I'm giving a 1 start review. The first time that I visited was to service a scooter that needed a bit of work to get it up in great shape. Service was good - they did a great job on the scooter, but customer service was lacking as they ordered a part and then forgot that they even had it, which delayed me being able to pickup the scooter. 1st off they put the first tire on backwards, had to make a trip all the way from Spring City to have it remounted. Took the front tire to have mounted and was told I would be given a break on price because of their mistake but was charged the same as the back tire, and to beat it all I was charged $20. extra ($10 each tire) because I didn't buy the tires from them. I don't plan on giving them any more of my business.
