I have been a customer of UPG for over 40 years. We have a standing order to keep the tank fueled. A few years ago they put a device on the tank that notifies them when the tank is low. Two weeks ago, it ran out of propane because the electronic device states 60%. I have called several times in the last two weeks for propane and my tank stays empty. I know they are busy BUT TWO WEEKS! This is not acceptable,

No one ever answers the phone at any locations including the corporate office in Paducah, Ky. I have been waiting for fuel for almost 2 weeks, I did receive call backs from local office but all that amounted to was dishonesty and the run around. They don't answer there phone and won't return calls and sent messages on site No respons. I called week ago no call back called everyday nothing I am at now 25% and 30 degrees out all week. Been customer for 30 years.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My elderly parents called when their tank was at 30% which is when the company tells you to call. 9 days later and my parents are using a kerosene heater and space heaters trying to stay warm. Called today and my parents are still not assigned a route yet and no estimate on when it will be delivered. If you care about having heat do not use this company.

If I could leave negative 100 stars this place deserves it, won't answer phones let alone return calls charged my credit card 3 times for the same charge did this 3 different days also was told the driver would be there on a certain date never showed up after taking off work early 4 days later received a phone call saying they would come out and fill our tank once again took off work early so I could be there to unlock gate for driveway and low and behold once again no one showed up, 2 weeks later received a bill in the mail... read more

You people need to pay someone to answer your phones. I've called your number 4 TIMES! Left a message every time. Haven't talked to a person yet. You've charged my credit card 2 TIMES for the same service. Correct this now. I'm going to leave BAD reviews wherever your business name allows it. Sheesh people!

The worst company I have ever used in my life. In 2021 the company was sold. I had a prepaid contract for gas. When I called for a delivery it took weeks for the delivery to be made and as a result I had run out of propane for Christmas during the coldest part of the year. It was in the teens and I had no heat. I later found out that most of the current employees had to quit after the company was sold because the delivery drivers salaries were cut by a large amount. this company is not answering the phone, i paid bill with debit card because of mail service late on delivery,i stopped payment on check that was in the mail, 1 year later i get bill with interest saying i had charges on returned check. The first bill I received from them in 1 year. . Local office at Huntingdon said they would talk to corporate, then i get bill. Customer service does not exist. Website terrible. Paying bill electronically should be simple. Always down. Difficult to pay my bill. Ridiculous company.
