I purchased 300 gallons of pre-paid propane gas and the company now refuses to deliver it at the pre-paid price. I pre-purchased 300 gallons of propane at $1.79 on 8/30/2013. I had 200 gallons delivered on 10/28/2013. It was charged to my pre paid account at $1.79 per gallon, which was the contract price, leaving me 100 gallons of pre paid gas.
