I know they call themselves UPG now. I just called to try to get a price. l have been a past customer several years ago. I thought once a customer, always a customer. After going through all their prompts then waiting 15-20 minutes to be answered by a very hateful lady, she asked me countless questions before she would tell me the price was $1.89! Avoid them like the plague ! I called and scheduled for the to change out my regulator. They told me they would be out the next day. No call - no show. 6 days later I call them back no one would answer the phone till after 1:30 and was told that they would get to me when they get to me, no idea about a day or time. Very rude, unhelpful, condensing customer service is about the nicest thing I can say.

We started using their service and were satisfied at first. Lately, the women in the office are quite rude. You can not depend on delivery service or repair. We have switched to another propane provider.

I have their propane tank on my property when I purchased my home. I had Stewart county propane come out to refill it. They did their leak check and determined there was a leak with my tank. The gentlemen tried to find the leak. He could not. He told me that the leak wouldn't effect the propane. Fast forward 2-3 months and my entire tank emptied into my garage. I fixed my leak and had them come out to fill it again. They redid the leak check (40.00$) because it leaked previously. I asked them if they could wave the fee due t... read more
