A big THANK YOU to Mammoth Propane for getting to me a week ahead of schedule. I know the ice storm of January 2026 was harder on everyone than expected. When you think you have prepared and have settled in and with the extremely cold days and night I realized my gas wasn't going to last. One phone call and I was on the list. Thanks to the Morrus and his side kick for getting me filled up one week ahead of time. What a relieve it was looking out and seeing that truck. LOL All I could say was THANK YOU JESUS. lol

Although it is difficult to get in contact via phone there is the option of ordering online. We have never had any trouble getting our propane delivered in a timely manner and the prices always beat any other company.

Was promised free installation with a coupon verified by Maggie and never received a bill. After calling to get the bill, found out Maggie was no longer an employee and her replacement Vanessa promised to send a bill. Finally received a bill and was overcharged by hundreds of dollars. Spoke to Vanessa again who blamed Maggie but refused to resolve the issue. She promised a manager named Angel would call me back. This is the worst propane company ever. They do not answer the phone half the time and do not return calls. There is an issue with an overcharge on my bill. The manager promised to call me back 3 weeks ago and never did. I called her again today and she still does not know what is going on. Very poor, disorganized service. Time to switch companies.

It's fifteen degrees out and we have been leaving msgs for these people to come and refill our tank for 24 hours now and all we get is an answering machine...no call back or we are busy or nothing.... they don't care about their customer service because there aren't enough competitors to challenge them. It's sad,leaving a 70 year old woman and her grandkids in the cold....
