HORRIBLE customer service! Routes done by someone out of state!! Have been waiting 3 weeks for gas to be delivered!
My dad keeps trying to order gas but only gets an answering machine. He’s been trying for days and days with no luck. Now he hopes to have enough gas to get through the night and part of tomorrow. He’s in his eighties and will not drive on the icy roads. What kind of customer service is it when they won’t even answer the phones? Piss poor if you ask me. At any rate I will be looking for another company for my dad to use beginning tomorrow, probably out of Fayette, AL.
