This is a great little company from Hopkinsville Kentucky they do everything they can to help their customers stay warm and safe. I had a small problem with the fill indicator this morning, talked to the manager at the office he advised me what to do. Back home problem fixed and it only cost me $16 @ Cayce mill supply. I will be using Little River Gas company from now on out. We originally signed up for automatic fill ups a week ago - and then realized our tank % was lower than we had thought. Called Feb 19th - Alicia was rude - told me the trucks were not running (however, I found out they were from a Facebook post) that she didn't know when we would get gas, or when the trust would be running again (weather) and she didn't know how long 5% was going to last. I wouldn't even give them one star if that were an option. Horrible customer service and wait times. I purchased a new home on 02/23 and called them at that time for new service since the previous owners used this company with a rented tank. It took them well over a week to get back to me with a date to fill tank. My tank at the time was 18%. Truck showed up and said they couldn't fill tank because there was a leak at the tank that they could repair. That i had to let my propan complete run out before they would service the ... read more
