On 2-12-2020, approx 5:30pm. The driver of the UPG ( highland Tim Propane Gas Truck). Was driving down Water Cure Road in Winchester, TN at a high rate of speed while approaching a stop sign at HWY 50. . The truck never slowed down and hit our , service dog, applied the brakes for 30 feet dragging him to his death., ripped his collar off and his sweater off. It is a country road. With the exception of the first young lady who was behind the desk when they opened, the ladies lack professionalism, are rude and definitely do not know a thing about customer service.
