No answer EVER at their local Paducah number. Leave a message, never a return phone call. EVERYONE does not prefer to do their ordering online. Would think their might be a live person there to at least answer the phones or return a call. Changed my service as of today, and won't be going back to UPG again.
This winter, I ordered propane when my tank, which I rented from Big 3 Propane, reached 30% capacity. Approximately 10 days later, when no delivery had been made, I called Big 3 and pressed one of its representatives for a date by which I could expect to receive a refill. That representative refused to answer that question, stating instead that I was on "their route." When I said that wasn't an...
