I would NOT recommend this company!!!! We were with them for several years, always paid our bill on time, and very responsible! We just had a horrible experience with them, this month, as we have waited 19 days to get our order delivered, and finally gave up on day 19 and told them never mind! We are going to use the gas left in our tank, and then go with a new company. Not a good company to do business with. Would not recommend. They were great for the first 2 years we had service with them (2016-2017ish) ever since has not been good. Couldn’t ever get ahold of anyone. We finally cancelled our service with them but even now 4 months later we are waiting on them to come get their tank out of our yard.
Can't ever call them because they never answer the phone. When you pay extra they lose it. Takes 2 weeks or longer for them to even show up to fill the tank. Worst company I have ever dealt with. If someone does answer the phone they are new and don't know what they are doing. You might pay more with someone else but it's better than running out of heat in the middle of winter. I rarely, if ever leave a bad review. But I can’t quite get past this company and how they’ve treated us as new customers. TAKE HEED of the reviews, I wish I had of. We’ve now been without heat for a couple of weeks and it was 19 degrees this morning. It has been 2 weeks since we called and set up our business account. They told us they would call with a day that they would be out. They never called. I called 7 days, at all different times-probably 20-30 total times and no answer. They seem to be under new management and the location looks considerably improved with someone actually in the office at the desk for a change. Their 20 lb tank refill still seems to be out of service but as far as our 500 gallon tank at the house, I don't know of anyone else delivering propane for 1.75 a gallon right now.
