Debra Goodman at United Propane Gas (aka Cumberland River Propane) has been helping me for the last 3-4 years annually when I need to pre-buy propane and also during the year when I have needed help. She does an outstanding job and is professional, helpful, friendly and "goes the extra mile" every time!!! Job well done and much appreciated...

Called at 8% a week later still no gas.I have been buying gas from this company since 1996 they do not care about the customer at all.Do business with a company that cares about their customers.

They are very quick to take your money. paid on 1/12/18..Still waiting on gas...They will not answer the phone or return the who knows how many msgs that have been left. it's worth it to pay more than to deal with the headache.

Slow and Rude I have left a voicemail on Saturday and called on Monday. They said "sometime this week we will be out." I called Tuesday to ask when, they said "Wednesday, 6 am". I called Wednesday morning at 8:00 am. I had to call 10 times to get an answer. My husband waited in the cold house for 2 1/2 hours before they got there. All the lady said was to not let it happen again.

I changed my service after these clowns literally left me and my child to freeze when it was below 0 degrees outside. They let me run out of gas because they didn't order enough propane to service all of their customers. When I finally got through to the always-surly customer service person, she told me they had more important clients that would get the gas. Fortunately my current propane supplier considers me important enough to keep topped up. Avoid doing business with this company, unless you are very important. And good... read more
