Wont ever answer the phone! Paid 10 days ago for propane and still havent gotten any and I'm down to 18% and it's a blizzard outside!!!!! What a shitty business!!!!!
They're cheap. That's the only good thing to say. They never answer their phone. Leaving a message as directed results in nothing more then you calling them back to leave a message. A few years back they ran out of gas and just stopped filling tanks but at least they'd answer the phone and lie to you about how it would only be a short time before they filled your home tank. This year, they've dropped the pretense of even pretending a customer service. Pay more, be frustrated less.
