Valerie in the office was so nice and helpful! Abram came and filled my tank up. He came back a few days later and pressure washed and painted my tank. He said it needed it. This company goes above and beyond! Great prices and great service! Thanks!
I need to talk to someone but they never answer the phone they tell you to hold on the line then tell you to go to the website. been a customer for over 12 years and I just needed to ask a couple of questions. Turned in an app via phone last week on a Wednesday for a commercial account, never heard back as I was told hopefully by Friday. I should have known something was wrong when ,even though I did not leave a message, someone called back from a KY number (used my caller ID?)-I gave them the app anyway think the lady I spoke with was from the Wilson NC office (not) Called locations elsewhere in NC as well as KY, TN, AL, and Ga-they never answer the phone or return calls. I have called several time now to have gas delivered. Four times in total now and still can’t get them to deliver my gas. Absolutely horrible customer service. I started calling when I was around 25% and now I am down below 5% and about to run out, I have a feeling they are about to be picking their tank up, I am going with someone more reliable.
It's December, so it's a tad chilly. We called 2 days ago and paid in advance. We are officially OUT of propane and without heat. Thank heavens for electric blankets! Since UPG took over Southern States, their customer service stinks! UPDATE - a year later and no change. Still can't get propane. They want 1-2 weeks notice. Now you call and they expect you to leave a message and they might call back, or maybe not. This business stinks! Looking for new service.
