Mike was awesome. He showed up when he said he would, did what he promised, and was reasonably priced for testing the backflow. Maybe more importantly, Mike identified a root that had broken through the housing and was dangerously close to growing through our waterline. Mike took it upon himself to cut as much of the root away from our waterline, buying me some time and saving me quite a bit of manual labor for the time being… I asked him to charge me for the work on the root; he wouldn’t. Good dude and a Veteran.

Outstanding Service from TRU Patriot Irrigation! I reached out online around 7 AM about a busted backflow, and within 30 minutes, Scott was already contacting me to set up an inspection and provide a quote. Tried to fix a leaking backflow valve on my own. I decided to call the professionals after my attempt didn't go as planned. My call was answered promptly and even though it's peak irrigation repair season, everything is good to go 48 hours later. Would recommend TRU Patriot and will use again for any needs.
