I called to schedule an appointment pretty late in the evening afraid they wouldn’t be able to answer but they did and got me scheduled for the next day! Very professional in communicating and received my report shortly after my back flow test was complete. He handled everything with the city report as well, it was hassle free and straightforward. Would recommend them to family and friends.
Scott was awesome! Had our irrigation fixed in less than 30 min from my initial call. Price was way better than I thought. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need.
Mike was awesome. He showed up when he said he would, did what he promised, and was reasonably priced for testing the backflow. Maybe more importantly, Mike identified a root that had broken through the housing and was dangerously close to growing through our waterline. Mike took it upon himself to cut as much of the root away from our waterline, buying me some time and saving me quite a bit of manual labor for the time being… I asked him to charge me for the work on the root; he wouldn’t. Good dude and a Veteran.
Scott was our technician and was prompt to reach out after a website submission and was in our area a few days later. He was able to have our backflow fixed shortly after arriving and walked me through how to properly winterize for the cold months. 100% recommend TRU Patriot Irrigation and will be calling them for any future issues that come up!
Outstanding Service from TRU Patriot Irrigation! I reached out online around 7 AM about a busted backflow, and within 30 minutes, Scott was already contacting me to set up an inspection and provide a quote.
