United Water Restoration were the third company I called after we had some pipes burst after a hard freeze that caused a lot of damage, they were the first to respond. Tracy and his team were amazing and went above and beyond. The entire process was a breeze because of their swift work.
I had a great experience using United Water Restoration after my family discovered our house had a roof leak and caused mold growth in a room in our house. Once we discovered the issue, we called United Water Restoration and they promptly came out to our house and took care of the situation quickly. I truly appreciated Chris and the team with their professionalism and urgency. Would highly recommend using them!

United Water Restoration did a fantastic job. Mark Torres came out the same day I called (a Saturday) and he was thorough, professional, courteous, and got to work right away. He eased my concerns, as I had never experienced this type of damage from a water leak. He and David worked until late that night to make sure all equipment was set up and the restoration was headed in the right direction. Definitely recommend United Water Restoration!
We experienced flooding during the March 8, 2018 rainstorm. I called United at 6:00 AM and we had a technician extracting water from our carpet an hour later. We had water at several places withing our 10,000 sq ft preschool and United was able to work around our schedule and keep our business going.
