I’m so grateful to United Water Restoration Group! My house flooded, and it was such a stressful week, but their team supported me every step of the way. Barbara and Mitzi in the office were wonderful, Chris Sullivan did a great job with the initial inspection, and the crew that worked on my home was just amazing! Everyone was professional, kind, and responsive. I’d highly recommend them to anyone going through a similar situation!

I cannot tell you in words how helpful this group is - from the water and mold restoration side to the rebuild side, everyone was easy to work with, honest, and the work was top quality. Highly recommend Chris, Tracy, Tomas, and the entire team. I've worked with several construction crews on house projects and moving forward I'll trust no one else but this team!

United Water did a great job clearing up some mold in our garage. They were able to work to our schedule (had some international travel coming up) and sent over their crews in a timely manner. The final cost was fair given the amount of work that was done. Also, props to United Water for carefully observing the area during the initial visit, and recommending that we do a deeper clean - other vendors did not put in that effort so I am glad we went with United Water to really get to the root of the mold issues.
