We've used Tracy and his team many times over the years for mold remediation work and water damage restoration work. His team is prompt, on time, and gets things done. Tracy really cares about his clients and works towards a solution even in tricky situations. Mitzi at the office is such a sweetheart and always has a calm demeanor even in stressful times. It was a very rude awakening the morning our dehumidifier failed, flooded our attic and water was flowing from our ceiling. We needed to stop the bleeding and fast. That's when we called Tracy with United Water Restoration (at 5 AM in the morning). Tracy got back to us first thing and was at our home by 8 AM to assess the damage and begin the road to restoration and repair. I’m so grateful to United Water Restoration Group! My house flooded, and it was such a stressful week, but their team supported me every step of the way. Barbara and Mitzi in the office were wonderful, Chris Sullivan did a great job with the initial inspection, and the crew that worked on my home was just amazing! Everyone was professional, kind, and responsive. I’d highly recommend them to anyone going through a similar situation!
