We had a couple of basement floods in our house due to old pipes going to the street. Michelle's team ran the repairs both times. The project management and work was excellent. Reliable communication and quality work. This team goes the extra mile. I was out of town during the repairs and this team kept me updated with calls, photos and texts. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in such a stressful and traumatic situation. Early Saturday morning, we woke up to over six inches of water in our basement—a homeowner’s nightmare. Our business basement flooded on a weekend overnight. It was Sunday morning when I made the call and Jon was on site in 30 minutes. He had his machines in place for fast removal of all of the water. Once the water was removed he quickly went into the drying phase which saved the building from more damage and mold setting in. UWRG really came through for our family when we needed it most. We had a water leak from our fridge that cause extensive damage to our kitchen and basement. We contacted UWRG and they immediately came out to help us. Our project manager Josh was amazing and always reachable whenever I had any questions or concerns. They made an extremely stressful project easier for us and we are very thankful for all their help.
