Working with UWRG on the reconstruction of my basement living room and tiled bathroom was a very pleasant experience !! Javier was very open to my questions and input on the project, ensuring me we would meet our targeted deadline. One of the employees, Austin, is very helpful going through the drying process after receiving water damage in my apartment/condo and helped out any way he can in every stage, answering all of my weird questions and concerns! Absolutely went above and beyond making sure the process goes through safely and effectively! Awesome person to work with!

Although it was unpleasant getting flooded by sewage back up in my apartment, this company had good customer service and seemed very caring. They came and got the job done and set up equipment to get everything dry after they sterilized my floors and underneath my bathtub without having to pull it out.
