It’s 12:30am and Travis and Katy just left my home after having a pipe bust and flood 1/4 of my house. They were kind, very professional, and made sure they took all the videos and photos and identified all of the moisture in the walls, baseboards, tile, and carpet. They cleaned, and set up the fans and dehumidifiers etc. They were here for over 5 hours… I haven’t seen the bill yet, which I am nervous about, but definitely felt like they were thorough in their work and professionalism.

Travis provided me thorough information as he walked me through the process. He was patient answering my many many questions. Because of my experience with Travis, I have decided to use United Restoration Group. Also, Kathy in their office was wonderful. My townhouse was flooded and I needed new floors and my whole kitchen was gutted. Plus had to be dried out. The company from drying out to redoing everything was awesome and professional. Every single person in the Company was excellent. I highly recommend them. Differently 5 stars for everyone involved including George who did the rebuild.

I had an exceptionally good experience with this firm in Daytona Beach. My hot water heater ruptured, causing water damage in both my unit and in the unit below. Within 24 hours I engaged UWRG for the first step: many photos were taken to determine the moisture level (of floors/ceilings/walls) and equipment was set up (air blowers and dehumidifiers), and there was a five-day run of those.
