The entire company was quick and responsive and even arrived much earlier than anticipated. They did a very thorough assessment and found probably more damage than we anticipated. Really appreciate the quick response and the ability to work with the insurance company on our behalf. Kirk was amazing, very polite, courteous, explain the entire process. Would definitely enjoy working with him again, although the reality is we hope we never have to have this kind of service again! If we do however we know who we are calling!

I had an unfortunate leak in my kitchen from a dishwasher install and immediately called United Water Restoration Group. Katy responded right away and took control. Katy was professional, detailed, and efficient. She didn’t leave my house until 9:00pm. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the professionalism and level of service.

They are quick to respond, proactive in providing updates, and have shown a strong level of effectiveness in addressing our needs. While the job is still in progress, everything so far reflects a team that truly values customer ... read more
