United Water Restoration Group has really impressed me! When my bathroom faucet leaked, we contacted their company and to our surprise CJ arrived in less than 35 minutes! My wife and I could not believe the rapid response time especially at night! CJ has been very professional and informative and gave us updates as he did all the tests he conducted. Katy and her team were at my home within about half an hour and began their amazing process right away even long after the sun had set. Katy is brilliant in her intellect and her lovely personality! She is so focused and efficient! I feel she is worthy of more than 5 stars! Thank you, Katy! You are amazing!

We had an unfortunate incident where we flooded somebody’s apartment. I called United Water Restoration and spoke with Mark. He had guys there within the hour cleaning up the mess. There was some demo and build back that Mark handled from start to end. They did an amazing job and would highly recommend them.

It’s 12:30am and Travis and Katy just left my home after having a pipe bust and flood 1/4 of my house. They were kind, very professional, and made sure they took all the videos and photos and identified all of the moisture in the walls, baseboards, tile, and carpet. They cleaned, and set up the fans and dehumidifiers etc. They were here for over 5 hours… I haven’t seen the bill yet, which I am nervous about, but definitely felt like they were thorough in their work and professionalism.

Travis provided me thorough information as he walked me through the process. He was patient answering my many many questions. Because of my experience with Travis, I have decided to use United Restoration Group. Also, Kathy in their office was wonderful.
