Our incident occurred 2:30AM Monday, when our bathroom ceiling caved in leaving the obvious ceiling above us with a huge hole and piles of nasty insulation on our floor mixed with water. This was crazy. We are in a condo and notified our condo board and the Condo’s Management Company who immediately got in touch with United Water Restoration. The entire company was quick and responsive and even arrived much earlier than anticipated. They did a very thorough assessment and found probably more damage than we anticipated. Really appreciate the quick response and the ability to work with the insurance company on our behalf. Kirk was amazing, very polite, courteous, explain the entire process. Would definitely enjoy working with him again, although the reality is we hope we never have to have this kind of service again! If we do however we know who we are calling!

Steven I very polite, well mannered and get the job done. Steven came in asked the right questions on what was going on. Did his testing and started his drying out process. Steven is a great asset o the company.

I had an unfortunate leak in my kitchen from a dishwasher install and immediately called United Water Restoration Group. Katy responded right away and took control. Katy was professional, detailed, and efficient. She didn’t leave my house until 9:00pm. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the professionalism and level of service.

Hi, we had a pipe burst in our home last night and it was total chaos with 2 inches of water in two bedrooms, hallway, & laundry room!! After turning off the water at the source and shutting off another valve, all we could do was sweep out the standing water and utilize every towel in the house!! Thankfully, the plumber recommended United Water Restoration who called us immediately. We were frazzled as we had No idea what to do and still had to file a claim.
