Technician Chris Jackson came to my house for Demo. Did more in one day than I could in a week. Very professional and awesome guy. UWR is been to my house before after a hurricane. This situation was different, and I will be honest, I think they are price gouging a little, but it is guys like Chris, working their tails off that make me a customer. Job not finished, but I couldn't believe what he got done by himself.

Travis provided me thorough information as he walked me through the process. He was patient answering my many many questions. Because of my experience with Travis, I have decided to use United Restoration Group. Also, Kathy in their office was wonderful. It’s 12:30am and Travis and Katy just left my home after having a pipe bust and flood 1/4 of my house. They were kind, very professional, and made sure they took all the videos and photos and identified all of the moisture in the walls, baseboards, tile, and carpet. They cleaned, and set up the fans and dehumidifiers etc. They were here for over 5 hours… I haven’t seen the bill yet, which I am nervous about, but definitely felt like they were thorough in their work and professionalism.

At first i had given a 1 star review, but its being changed to a 5. Travis came by our house and helped my husband and i out with what we needed, he was polite and definitely a big help to us. We were a little frustrated but travis coming by alleviated that.
