United Water Restoration Group of Daytona (located in Ormond Beach) is an excellent and thoroughly professional company. Tina (was so polite and helpful) called me within minutes and was ready to send someone immediately, but I needed to schedule for the next day. They sent Travis Kuell who was so thorough and explained every step and each issue in great detail. He was here for many hours and didn't leave anything to chance. Chris Jackson was amazing! He was very thorough with his work and explained things to ensure we understood the damages and what to look forward to. He showed up promptly and was very kind to my family and dogs. Would recommend a million times over. :)

Travis was great. Very professional. Firm hand shack when introducing himself put our minds at ease with explaining the process. Service was fast and thorough. Would highly recommend because of the interaction we had with Travis.

Darien and Christian were wonderful making sure everything was done to properly. From explaining what needed doing to removing the flooring that was ruined by the water. They pulled up flooring that had been glued to the floors! It was removed in a matter of hours and the cleanup was done! Thank you Darien and Christian!
