Had the pleasure to meet another knowledgeable technician from United Water Restoration Group today. Mr. Chris Jackson arrived to set up equipment in our home. What a friendly face and personable attitude especially when you are in need of some encouragement that this difficult moment will pass. So far, they are still getting five stars from me.

We arrived home to a broken sink pipe. This company has responded very quickly to our sudden needs and Travis has been very thorough and professional as he has been diagraming and diagnosing our condition. We are still in the early stages of this process, but I wanted to give kudos to this young man for his work! Travis is very focused and knowledgeable.

Travis K. came to my home to do a home mitigation and inspection report. He was great in helping to determine the root cause as well as was very detailed. He explained the process thoroughly and managed my expectations very well. I would highly recommend working with him.

United Water Restoration Group of Daytona (located in Ormond Beach) is an excellent and thoroughly professional company. Tina (was so polite and helpful) called me within minutes and was ready to send someone immediately, but I needed to schedule for the next day. They sent Travis Kuell who was so thorough and explained every step and each issue in great detail. He was here for many hours and didn't leave anything to chance.
