I wish I never had to use this service, but things happen, and we had a leak and some minor flooding. Fortunately the plumber I used recommended UWRG and they were amazing from start to finish. They operate 24/7 which was helpful because we started drying the night the leak occured. Katy worked diligently until about 2 AM and ensured all my questions were answered. United Water Restoration Group has really impressed me! When my bathroom faucet leaked, we contacted their company and to our surprise CJ arrived in less than 35 minutes! My wife and I could not believe the rapid response time especially at night! CJ has been very professional and informative and gave us updates as he did all the tests he conducted. Chris was professional, very courteous, and took the time to explain everything to us that he was doing. The company responded to our call and was at our home an hour later. Chris then set up the equipment needed to dry out our ceiling and also explained that process and the time frame for it. Excellent employee with a good sense of humor.

C.J. (Chris Jackson ) Was my initial contact with U.W.R.G. It was a very pleasant and informative meeting. Kurt was very responsive and went above and beyond in his flexibility around the plumbers arrival. He was professional, friendly and speedy. For a bad situation he was such a positive that it made the stress of the water intrusion much easier to handle
