Pretty much the last thing you ever want is to find out you’ve got a water leak and possible mold problem. We discovered a leak from our garbage disposal under our kitchen sink. Ugh! United Water Restoration Group was both friendly and super knowledgeable and helped us through the entire experience. They helped us nip any mold problems in the bud and really get ahead of it. We called late Friday night and Robert was there Saturday morning to take a look at everything going on. We had previously noticed some discoloration under the caulk on the grout around our shower pan and checked behind and under the shower without seeing any signs of water leaking. Then something started growing out of our baseboard and we re-checked and found water places we did not want it. Robert got us one of the most detailed estimates I've ever seen. Robert's team was great from beginning to end. They made me feel comfortable with an great attitude! His team tolerated my dad who lives with me and his stories for quite awhile 😁. I understand the type of work required to restore our home, which was completed on time as discussed. Stellar work front to back. They were timely with the mitigation work, friendly and professional at every turn, and it was so helpful that they also do the restoration side of the work — so glad we didn't have to find more contractors. They do excellent work and are so willing to collaborate. Absolutely would work with these guys again!

Robert and his team are the BEST!! They went above and beyond to find the issue in our home. We cant thank them enough! He will be our go to guy for all our water damage issues in the future!! If you are looking for responsive professionals you need to give them a call!!! 100% recommend them!!
