I am very pleased with the quality of work and I would highly recommend United Water Restoration to anyone who has experienced a flood. They were very responsive, did high quality of work and got it done quickly. I’ve attached photos of the finished product and what it looked like before they did the repair work. Basement was completely flooded with an inch of water is some places!! No, Erik, and Lucas did a great job in pulling up all the flooring damaged walls, and assisted the plumber in locating the source of the leak (frozen water pipe burst). Great job guys!!! Dried out in less than three days…..

We appreciate the prompt response of the UWRG to attend to our water leak issue. Mohamed Osman was courteous and polite. He explained what all of the equipment was and how it was being used. He also explained the next steps in the process. I highly recommend this company and Mohamed should you need any restoration work done in your house. We will definitely use again if needed!

I suffered significant water damage and United Water Restoration Group was incredibly helpful in mitigating and cleaning up the damage. Mohamed and his crew were not only knowledgeable and diligent in their work, but also kind, cordial, and friendly. I am satisfied with his team's work and I would absolutely recommend him and UWR for any water damage repair.
