I worked with Mohamed and he was always very cordial, responsive and on time! He would check in to see if everything was working well and thanks to him, the floors have been able to fully dry up after a minor flood because of his strategy in drying up the floors! Super professional and nice!

I am very pleased with the quality of work and I would highly recommend United Water Restoration to anyone who has experienced a flood. They were very responsive, did high quality of work and got it done quickly. I’ve attached photos of the finished product and what it looked like before they did the repair work. Context: My condominium HOA uses United Water Restoration Group for multi-unit mitigation. During a winter freeze 2 pipe bursts within 24 hours in a unit above mine. United Water Restoration was called out to clean up the water and remove damaged ceilings, walls, insulation, etc. I was extremely pleased with their crew and professionalism. Tremendous experience with UWRGFairfax! Very professional, great communication during the project. Manny, Mo, Hamid, and Justin were courteous and friendly, turning a stressful situation(flooded basement) into an easy experience. Highly recommend this team!
