This is a great Company with A knowledgeable and helpful staff. We have a beautiful new bathroom and each step was explained along the way. Done by someone who specialized in that stage whether it was tile work,electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. they were very patient about answering questions and agreeing to changes and making suggestions. Context: My condominium HOA uses United Water Restoration Group for multi-unit mitigation. During a winter freeze 2 pipe bursts within 24 hours in a unit above mine.
