We received excellent service from United Water Restoration after a flood in our condo due to a broken pipe in the next door unit. Debbie Veres responded promptly and professionally to my request for services and was an excellent project manager throughout. Marvin and John did a great job with the remediation, checking on our place frequently and making sure that floors and walls were drying properly. I was very pleased with United Restoration when I was suddenly faced with flooding in my home due to a sewer problem. From the very first contact for help, the customer service was exceptional. They sent someone out right away and their technician, Logan Barcia, was very courteous and professional explaining what needed to be done and answered my questions. I highly recommend United Water Restoration Group. Our water heater broke which caused water damage to walls and our unique 3 inch thick heart of pine flooring. Lamar Odom, our technician provided outstanding service. He was extremely knowledgeable, communicated effectively and regularly, and showed real care for our mid-century modern home.

We had water damage due to a leaky tub stop. I called and they had someone come out, the same day. Logan Barcia was polite, thorough, and explained his findings to us, completely. I was very happy with his service and will make sure to ask for him again, should we ever need to. Thank you Logan, for being a great worker!

United Water Restoration is a great and affordable option for most water/mold restoration. Lamar Odom did an amazing job, kept everything professional, and would reply back immediately to all of my questions! I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and family!
