We had water damage due to a leaky tub stop. I called and they had someone come out, the same day. Logan Barcia was polite, thorough, and explained his findings to us, completely. I highly recommend United Water Restoration Group. Our water heater broke which caused water damage to walls and our unique 3 inch thick heart of pine flooring. Lamar Odom, our technician provided outstanding service. He was extremely knowledgeable, communicated effectively and regularly, and showed real care for our mid-century modern home.
The service was excellent. I called United water after my house flooded and they were there within the hour. The knowledgeable technician, Lamar, was very nice. He explained everything step by step.
