He walked me through the entire process, patiently answered all my questions and provided quality service at a very fair price . Needless to say, they made a very stressful situation painless. For my parents. UWRG was our light at the end of the tunnel. They are very knowledgeable and know their business. The entire staff made us feel comfortable and at ease, especially with all the questions that were asked. They were very patient and treated us with respect. Extremely friendly but in a professional manner. Highly recommend this company if you want the right outcome. 5+++

We received excellent service from United Water Restoration after a flood in our condo due to a broken pipe in the next door unit. Debbie Veres responded promptly and professionally to my request for services and was an excellent project manager throughout. Marvin and John did a great job with the remediation, checking on our place frequently and making sure that floors and walls were drying properly. I highly recommend United Water Restoration Group. Our water heater broke which caused water damage to walls and our unique 3 inch thick heart of pine flooring. Lamar Odom, our technician provided outstanding service. He was extremely knowledgeable, communicated effectively and regularly, and showed real care for our mid-century modern home.
